馬國畢2013年被爆出簽賭美國職棒欠下5千萬巨債，11年過去如今還剩下600萬債務，現則傳出有債主不滿還債不積極，要求儘速還清債務，而他則回應一直以來身兼數職工作，還債進度也從未停下來，29日一早他也再發文指出自己從未躲過債。

黃子佼於2023年遭一名自稱企業家二代的「K小姐」指控性侵，控訴2006年黃子佼曾替她拍攝泳衣照，當時黃讓她為藝術犧牲，脫衣露胸拍照，沒想到之後就發生性侵，檢方經過調查後因查無黃有強拍攝影像事證，證據不足，9月將黃處分不起訴。K小姐提再議聲請，10月時被高等檢察署駁回，因此這起案件黃子佼確定獲不起訴。
